Major Sponsorship - This unique sponsorship of the Pro-Am includes recognition of Major sponsorship of the tournament on all stationary, entry forms, flyers and advertising as well as special tournament signage placed at The Golf Club at Southwind and Buffalo Dunes Golf Course. Ten player positions are also included plus two Corporate “picks”. Additional player positions may be purchased for $550.00 each. A designee from the sponsorship is also asked to sit on the Pro-Am Board of Directors. A three-year commitment is required for this sponsorship. Cost: $13,000

Friday Night Dinner Party - All professional and amateur golfers, volunteers and marshals along with their spouse/friend are invited to the Friday Night Dinner Party at The Golf Club at Southwind. Excellent food and drink attract a large crowd to this event. Special signage at Southwind and title sponsor logo will be printed on Dinner Party tickets.

Title sponsorship of this event would include 4 player positions. This sponsorship may also be split between two co-sponsors for $3,000 each. That co-sponsorship would include 2 player positions for each sponsor. Includes one professional “pick” per sponsor at the Corporate sponsor party. Cost for Title Dinner Sponsorship: $6,000

Double Birdie – Includes 4 tickets to Friday Night Dinner Party and advertising on Celebration of Champions Promotions and inclusion in Pro-Am advertisements. Cost: $500

Birdie - Includes 2 tickets to Celebration of Champions Dinner and inclusion in Pro-Am advertising. Cost: $250

“Celebration of Champions” Dinner Party - All professional and amateur golfers, volunteers and marshals along with their spouse/friend are invited to the Celebration of Champions Dinner Party at The Golf Club at Southwind. Cart Sign Sponsorship Southwind - All amateur golfers are provided a cart during the tournament. Cart signs will be printed with sponsors company name and logo for every Pro-Am participant to see. This sponsorship also includes 1 player position in the tournament and sponsor’s logo will be displayed on all cart signs at the Golf Club at Southwind. Cost: $1,050

Cart Sign Sponsorship Buffalo Dunes - All amateur golfers are provided a cart during the tournament. Cart signs will be printed with sponsors company name and logo for every Pro-Am participant to see. This sponsorship also includes 1 player position in the tournament and sponsor’s logo will be displayed on all cart signs at the Buffalo Dunes. Cost: $1,050

Practice Range Sponsorship - With practice rounds available at both Southwind and Buffalo Dunes Golf Courses on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before the tournament; this is an excellent opportunity to display the sponsors logo and name at one of the busiest locations at either course, the driving range. Both pros and amateurs will be exposed to the sponsor’s name throughout the tournament at this location. This sponsorship also includes 1 player position in the tournament. Cost: $1,550

Scoreboard Sponsorship - Since this is THE gathering place during the Pro-Am, you will want your logo and name displayed where all players, visitors and fans gather to relax, refresh and watch the scores posted. This sponsorship also includes 1 player position in the tournament. Cost: $1,550 per panel

Volunteer Shirt Sponsorship– The Pro-Am cannot run without a team of volunteers. The Pro-Am logo as well as the sponsor company logo will be emblazoned on each shirtsleeve of our approximately 100 volunteers. Volunteer shirts are seen throughout the community for many years. This sponsorship includes 1 player positions in the tournament. Cost: $2,100

Hole in One Sponsorship - One day hole in one events at both courses. Sponsorship will be included on signage for Hole in One Events. This sponsorship also includes 1 player positions in the tournament. Cost: $2,550

Long Drive Contest Sponsorship - Amateur golfers compete for a spot in the Long Drive contest by measuring their longest drives against other Pro-Am participants on designated holes during regular play. This crowd-pleasing contest is always well attended by the community. All publicity regarding the Long Drive contest will be credited to the sponsor. This sponsorship also includes 2 player positions in the tournament. Cost: $1,550

Social Sponsorship– The perfect sponsorship for a supporter of the Southwest Kansas ProAm. This sponsorship includes four tickets to Wednesday’s Corporate Party, Friday and Saturday Night Dinners. Cost: $750

Ladies Pro-Am Event– Tuesday Ladies Event tee off in the morning at The Golf Club at Southwind. Ladies will play in teams of 3 with one Pro. Lunch and awards ceremony to follow golf. Sponsorship includes business name on LADIES shirts as well as team of 3 ladies to participate in Ladies Pro-Am Event. Sponsorship also includes three players in the Pro-Am and one “corporate pick”. Cost: $5,000

Team: Sponsor a team of three ladies in the Southwest Kansas Pro-Am Ladies Pro-Am. Team of three ladies will be paired with one of the professionals competing in the Southwest Kansas Pro-Am. Sponsors will be listed on Ladies Pro-Am Cart Signs, Luncheon Programs and other Southwest Kansas Pro-Am materials. Cost: $650

Ladies Hole Sponsor: Help support the Southwest Kansas Ladies Pro-Am and St. Catherine Hospital’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit by sponsoring a “Hole” Prize. Sponsors will be listed on Ladies Pro-Am Cart Signs, Luncheon Programs and other Southwest Kansas Pro-Am materials. A donation to the Newborn Intensive Care Unit will be made in honor of both sponsor and hole prize winners. Cost: $150

Corporate - This sponsorship includes two players*, four tickets per social event, tournament signage placed at The Golf Club at Southwind and Buffalo Dunes the week of the Pro-Am. Each player will receive a 2012 Pro-Am shirt and hat, free green fees at both Buffalo Dunes and Southwind for Wednesday and Thursday practice rounds, free range balls, two free beverages on the course on Friday and Saturday, selection of a pro/tee time at the Corporate Sponsor Party on Wednesday night. Cost: $1,800

*Additional player spots may be purchased as follows: 3 additional players may be purchased at $550 per player. Once you exceed 5 players, another corporate sponsorship must be purchased to accommodate additional players.

Hole - This sponsorship includes one player* and two tickets per social event. Signage is placed at Buffalo Dunes and The Golf Club at Southwind the week of the Pro-Am. Items given to each player include a 2011 Pro-Am shirt and hat, free green fees at both Southwind and Buffalo Dunes for Wednesday and Thursday practice rounds, free range balls and two free beverages on the course Friday and Saturday. Cost: $750

*Additional player spot may be purchased as follows: 1 additional player may be purchased at $600 per player. Once you exceed 2 players, you must upgrade to the corporate level to accommodate additional players.

Corporate Pick Party Title Sponsor - A dinner party for all Corporate, Special and Major sponsors of the Pro-Am. Sponsorship recognition of this event will be shown through special signage at the dinner party as well as printing the sponsor logo on all Corporate Party tickets and other printing. Four player positions are also included with this sponsorship along with two Corporate “picks”. Cost: $6,000

Corporate Pick Party Cocktail Sponsor – Help host the cocktail hour for the Corporate Pick Party Sponsorship recognition of this event will be shown through special signage at the host bar as well as recognition on invitations to event. Three player positions are also included with this sponsorship. Cost: $3,000– This sponsorship may be split between up to three sponsors.

Player Shirt Sponsorship - Every amateur player participating in the Pro-Am will receive a player shirt at registration. The Pro-Am logo as well as the sponsor company logo will be emblazoned on each shirtsleeve (approximately 300). Player shirts are seen throughout the community for many years. This sponsorship includes 4 player positions in the tournament. Includes two professional “picks” at the Corporate sponsor party. Cost: $5,700

Player Cap Sponsorship - Every amateur participating in the Pro-Am will receive a player cap at registration. The Pro-Am logo as well as the sponsor logo will be emblazoned on the cap (approximately 300). Player Cap sponsorship includes 4 player positions. Includes two professional “picks” at the Corporate sponsor party. Cost: $5,700

Corporate Shootout Sponsor – Thursday teams of three amateurs will tee off with a Southwest Kansas Pro-Am in the Corporate Shootout. Includes a team of three players in Corporate Shootout and 3 individual amateurs and 1 corporate pick in main Pro-Am Event. All Players participating in Corporate shootout will receive ticket to awards meal following event. Cost: $7,000
